Tell us what's happening, where, and we'll route it to the right officer for your village.
Once you submit, your report is assigned a reference number and immediately routed to your village waste coordinator.
They'll review the location and, if valid, assign it to a collection team within 24–48 hours.
You'll receive email updates as the status changes. You can reopen the report if the waste isn't actually removed.
Free municipal pickups happen on your village's scheduled collection day (see Schedules tab). For off-schedule or larger loads, use a private provider — charges typically range UGX 15,000 – 60,000 per pickup depending on volume.
All private providers listed on this portal have been vetted and approved by the municipality. Their service areas, charges and contact details are verified.

Newspapers, cardboard, office paper. Keep dry. Bundle together for collection.
Food scraps, garden waste, leaves. Great for home composting — turns into free garden fertiliser.
