Kirimanyaga cell

Kirimanyaga is the word that lies out Empokkya / ENNYAGA which were dug and prepared for the Kabaka’s of Buganda in Uganda in the late decades passed. Kirimanyaga was named out of Kabaka’sNNYAGA garden which was led by Mulimannyaga of Ndiga Clan and was the Kabakas Principal / omutongole of this Village which the (Baganda)used to prepare / dig entungo (Enyaga) as were organized for the Kabaka of Buganda. In 2003 Gov’t of Uganda upgraded the entebe road highway of which entebe road construction developed three / four metrehighierheeping the marum and brought the levels of the natural raised land to a water dumping venue / site (our area) village and its neigbourhood.

The area was named after the Kabaka's Nnyaga garden. This land was managed by Mulimannyaga of the Ndiga (Sheep) Clan, who served as the Kabaka’s Principal Chief (Omutongole) for the village

istorically, the local Baganda people used this village to collectively dig and prepare these royal gardens as part of their service to the Kingdom of Buganda.
